Heartbeat

So we are now 13 weeks along. It seems like this is taking forever. We went to our first Doctors Appt. on Wednesday and got to hear the heart beat. It was very cool. They said everything is looking fine and sounds good. So we are so excited. This is my last week on the first trimester. So I'm way excited about that. I can't wait to feel the baby move. I think its all finally sinking in that we are actually going to have a baby.
YEA!

Baby News!

So as most of you know Jake and I are pregnant! We are very excited and can't wait till we get to meet the little guy! I am just over 2 months along right now (9 weeks) and am doing pretty good. I haven't thrown up yet but have felt like I am going to most of the day everyday. I finding out what foods sit better and when I have to eat to ease the pain. But it seems to be going okay.
I have my first Doctors Appointment on the 9th of July. They don't see you till 12Weeks because miscarriage is so common in the first trimester. We are only 3 weeks away so we have high hopes!
My doctor is Traci Winward. She come highly recommended in the St. George area, and my boss is really good friends with her also, so I should be taken care of.
So thats all of our exciting news. I will try to keep everyone updated on my progress and I'll try to post pictures of my belly so you can all see me get fat!

Moab!

So Jake and I got to go to moab! It was so much fun! We got a call from my parents and they said that they were going down there thursday night, and we should meet them there. They called me tuesday. I pulled a few stings and we were able to go friday night. We are so glad that we did. It was worth the 5 hour drive. We picked up my cousin Sara and she came with us too! She also lives in St. George.
We only got to do 2 trails while we were there, but they were both so much fun. Fin's and things is one of my favorites and also Gemini Bridges. They are 2 completely different rides but both fun. We had two people roll 4 wheelers (but were without injuries) and two 4 wheelers break down. (luckily we have mechanics for Dads)
On the last ride we went on it was about a 3 hour drive and it was just 5 of us kids that went out. We were all doing good until the last stretch and Sara's bike just dies. It seemed like it was out of gas, but to our dismay it was not. So now it was something else, but Jake saved the day, He decided that it was the spark plug and 4 wheelers usually have an extra one under the seat, so he replaced it and we were on our way!
We had a great time and can't wait to go again. We are hoping for the fall, and to stay more than 2 days.

So hello everyone. We thought this would be an easy way to keep everyone that cares upadated. We actually don't do that much that is exciting but I like to read blogs, so I hope you enjoy ours.
Well Jake is still working on purchasing the water store. He is waiting to see if he can get any grants first. Because that would be awesome, and then we should be making some progress.
I am still working 8-5 at infinite solutions and I still love it. It gets kinda boring sometimes but I have many things I can do when I am not busy like: Play with Korben my bosses 2 year old, or play with the 2 dogs or the cat that insists it sits on my lap. So its always a good time. I also have my photography and video business, and we just purchased an internet advertising company, stgeorgeweddings.com. Also check out our new photography website, ameliephotography.com. We just redesigned everything.
I am also going to school, just one class, digital photography. Its really fun and it makes it nice to go shoot something else besides weddings. I'll post some of my pictures up. as soon as I can remember. So yeah thats what were are up to right now. I'm always busy and jake stays home and plays games with his friends.
